A supervisor sees the goods over video or in person, checks lift and gate access, and issues one written quote. That number is what you pay.

We file the society gate pass, book the service-lift slot and plan the route and departure window before moving day arrives.

The crew packs and labels room by room, loads, transports, unloads and reassembles furniture in place before leaving.

A local 2 BHK move inside Gurgaon usually lands between ₹9,000 and ₹14,500 including packing material, labour and transport. A 1 BHK is typically ₹5,000 to ₹9,000 and a 3 BHK ₹14,000 to ₹21,000. The final figure depends on the volume of goods, floor and lift access, and how much packing material the items need, which is why we quote after a survey rather than over the phone.
What is included in a CratoShift moving quote?
Packing material, packing labour, dismantling and reassembly of furniture, loading, transport, unloading and placement at the destination. The quote is issued in writing before packing begins and is the amount you pay, unless you add items or services on the day.
Is transit insurance included?
Transit insurance is arranged through a licensed insurer and we share the policy document before the move so the claim process is clear in advance. Tell your coordinator the declared value of high-value electronics, art or antiques so the cover matches what is actually being moved.
How far in advance should I book my move?
For local moves inside Delhi NCR, three to four days is usually enough. For intercity moves, and for any move in the last week of the month, book seven to ten days ahead because month-end slots and service lifts in large societies fill quickly.
Do you handle society gate passes and service lift permissions?
Yes. Your coordinator files the gate entry request with the RWA or facility office and confirms the service lift slot before moving day. Requirements differ by society, and our guide to Gurgaon society gate entry rules lists the documents most RWAs ask for.
Can I track my goods while they are in transit?
Intercity moves travel on GPS-tracked vehicles and you receive a tracking link once the truck is loaded. On local Gurgaon moves your coordinator confirms departure and arrival directly, and tracking links are being rolled out across the local fleet.
Do you move outside Gurgaon?
Yes. We run regular corridors from Gurgaon to Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Dehradun and Ahmedabad, along with inbound moves from Delhi, Noida and other metros. Our Noida branch handles moves that start in Noida and Greater Noida.
