Can a Gurgaon to Noida move be finished in one day?
Yes, for 1 BHK and 2 BHK homes, and for a 3 BHK when the crew starts at 6:30 AM. Loading takes 3 to 5 hours, the Delhi crossing 90 to 150 minutes and unloading 2 to 4 hours, so most homes finish between 6 and 8 PM. A 9 AM start with the same work pushes the unloading into the night.
Does the truck need special permits to go through Delhi?
Goods vehicles crossing Delhi need valid entry permits, and delivering in Noida or Greater Noida needs Uttar Pradesh entry too. Our vehicles on this route carry both, and Delhi’s timing rules for goods vehicles are part of how we plan the departure. None of this is charged separately.
What is the best route from Gurgaon to Noida for a moving truck?
Normally NH-48 into Delhi, the Ring Road to Ashram and the DND Flyway into Noida. When the DND is congested the driver uses NH-9 past Akshardham and the Noida Link Road. For Greater Noida the truck continues on the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway. The total is 50–60 km for most sector pairs.
Do you cover Noida Extension and Greater Noida West?
Yes, including the Gaur City corridor and Crossing Republik. These are 65–75 km from central Gurgaon and 2 to 2½ hours off-peak. The ₹2,000–₹4,000 Greater Noida supplement applies, and a full family move there starts at 6 AM to finish the same day.
Can I track the truck while it crosses Delhi?
Yes. You get a GPS tracking link on move day, so you can see the truck through the Delhi crossing and be ready at the Noida end when it arrives.
Do you move cars and bikes from Gurgaon to Noida?
Yes. A car goes on a covered carrier for about ₹5,000–₹9,000 and can follow the household truck the same day; a bike costs about ₹2,500–₹4,000. Either can also be booked on its own.
