Before move day
Survey of both homes for stairs, lifts and the vehicle each lane will take.
6:30 to 7 AM
Loading starts before the water tankers occupy several Phase 1 lanes from 7:30 to 9:30 AM.
Late morning
Packing and loading take 3 to 5 hours depending on home size; the truck leaves before the Galleria traffic builds.
Midday
25 to 40 minutes to DLF Phase 3, avoiding the MG Road peak from 8:30 to 10:30 AM.
3 to 5 PM
Unloading and reassembly take 2 to 4 hours. A 4 BHK should start at 6 AM.

When Golf Course Road is jammed
MG Road and Sikanderpur instead. The driver decides on the morning.
Galleria traffic
The Galleria Market side is congested from about 11 AM, Thursday to Sunday, which is why loading starts early.
Staircase at both ends
Pieces too large for the stairs are dismantled in Phase 1, wrapped individually with their hardware bagged, and reassembled in the room in DLF Phase 3.

Lanes
Internal lanes are about 14 to 18 feet wide, so loading is by mini tempo, not a full-size container truck.
Buildings
Most Phase 1 buildings are staircase-only, so furniture and appliances come down the stairs.
Delivering in DLF Phase 3
Mixed buildings
Some apartment buildings with lifts, some builder floors with stairs only, confirmed at the survey. A lift can take reassembled panels where its size allows.
Roads and parking
Most internal roads take a full-size truck; deeper plot rows need a mini tempo. Builder floors have on-road parking only, arranged with neighbours or the RWA where possible.
